Crescent moon

We bailed out Mom's basement again today.  It doesn't often flood -- but during the last couple of days there were few places in Ohio that didn't.

Since the weather was clear today (no rain in Ohio for the first time in 20 days) I transplanted some cleomes and weeded while Jim did a small fix-it job for Mom.  Then our friends John and Deb stopped to visit on their way back to Salt Lake. I was going to take photos but forgot, darn it.  Here's the link to our visit John and Deb a few days ago.

Tonight there is a beautiful, big crescent moon.  The photo below -- taken from Mom's front door with a telephoto lens and my apparently shaky hands -- got a nice result.
